Tucked away on the wooded shores of Bow Lake, this modest cape style retreat was designed to offer a cozy yet functional floor plan, with a well-appointed kitchen, and open floor plan, there is lots of room for Family and Friends. Its unique interior and the beautiful surrounding scenery make this house a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

This was the childhood home of our client. They wanted to retire here and needed a small addition to accommodate their needs.
The design program required a new kitchen / entertainment area in what used to be the old living room.
A small addition created room for a sun room, master suite, with tile shower, as well as a small guest quarters complete with its on relaxing area.
